If a petitioner indicates on the petition form that the beneficiary will apply for a visa abroad at a U.S. Embassy or consulate on an I-140 petition (Page 2, Part 4, Question 1a) or an I-130 petition (Page 2, Part C, Question 22), the I-140 or I-130 petition will be transferred automatically to the National Visa Center (NVC) upon approval.

Mar 14, 2007 · Texas is approving I140 premium processing with in 2/3 weeks. How about regular processing..On trackitt.com and Immigrationwatch.com it is average 2 to 3 months. Any recent I140 approvals with Regular processing??
The I-140 Petition was filed on August 28, 2020 via regular processing. We also filed her I-485 adjustment of status application simultaneously since her priority date was current. On October 1, 2020, our office filed a premium processing upgrade request to the USCIS upon our client’s request.
You can continue to extend your H-1 even after I-140 is revoked by the employer, IF, the revocation was sent more than 180 days after I-140 approval. Under AC21, you do not have to start a new green card if: 1. Your I-140 is approved; 2. Your I-485 has been pending for 180 days or more; 3. You will take an employment same as or similar to your green card job; and 4. You file Supplement J.
